We are excited to start this blog and create a gathering place to discuss the value of working forests.

Working forests provide carbon storage in live trees and wood products, and supply the feedstock to create renewable energy. Yet policymakers and the public don’t all recognize that those who work in forests and forest products are part of the green economy.
